Kru Knot
Kru Knot - Dr. Theera Anukunprasert is a former research scientist with
Ph.D. in nano-material engineering who graduated from yoga teacher
training at The International Sivananda Vedanta Center. He studied
further at other yoga schools and earned certification in Hatha/Vinyasa
and Hot Yoga, deepening his yoga education on body and the mind after
spending a length of time understanding and researching the external
material site through his work. Dr. Kru Knot has competed in Bishnu Gosh
Cup and today is a Master teacher of Ball Rattanapong (World yoga
champion 2008). He is a senior teacher and responsible of Teacher
Trainings at Absolute Yoga in Bangkok, conducting yoga retreats and
workshops all over Asia.
