The yoga sport series series has challenged me and pushed me further then I ever thought I could go. Yoga sport has given me a better understanding of my own body mechanics. Also how to help others do the same. I am excited to share this with everyone!
Delfina Bo
Argentina
The world of Yoga Sport has trapped me since I was 5 years old and has encouraged me to always advance a little further. Yoga allowed me to work on my physical, mental and spiritual body, seeking harmony between them to achieve each challenge. And that is what I seek to convey to my students!
I am happy to be a part of IYSF yoga sports!

Yoga Sport Class opened another door of perception and my approach to yoga. I am still discovering more physical and mental possibilities of the body. I am inspired and observe the ever growing possibilities of other students and I like to support their creativity. I am a student myself and I like to be a guide on the path of discovering more possibilities through yoga.

Yoga Sport teaches me to understand my body even in extreme yoga postures. I love these AHA! moments of understanding and even more I love to share this knowledge with my students.
Hana Persson
Sweden
I started to compete only few months after my very first hot yoga class and the competition gave my practice a new depth. I understood how important the small details of every posture are for the health aspect of the whole practice. I love yoga sport because it makes us as yoga practitioners take our practice and ourselves more seriously.

At my very first competition I had no yoga sport coach, I didn't know about the scoring system of the competition and it didn't go that well at all. But, I made up a 4 year plan to become a medalist at the World Championship and succeeded. Since then I won the Swedish, Nordic, European Championship and 2020 I won the IYSF International Virtual Yoga Asana Championship.
